BEFORE YOUR SWIM:
* Be sure toenails are trimmed.
* Please do not feed your dog within two hours of swimming.
* If possible brush your dog within a day of coming to swim.
* Give your dog a chance to go to the bathroom immediately before you enter the pool room. There is space near the spa to do so. There is also a scooper and garbage can nearby for your use.
* If your dog is under the care of a veterinarian for a medical or surgical condition, please e-mail me for a veterinary release form.
* Wag Wellness is located around the corner of my house. You can park in front of the house and walk around the house through the gate that says Wag Wellness (how clever!).
* When you arrive, if there is still a dog in the pool area, please wait either outside or in your car until they leave.
* If your dog has a special toy they love or special treats, please feel free to bring them to encourage your dog while swimming.
* You will have 15 minutes in addition to your scheduled swim time to rinse and dry your dog, change, pay, schedule another appointment, and schmooze with the owner...or longer if we're having a great time.
* I provide towels, an after swim leave-on conditioner, ear rinse, and after swim treats.
* Payment is due at the time of the session. I can accept exact cash, checks and credit cards.
* Please ignore any barking coming from my house - somehow the dogs feel the need to greet all who enter or near our premises.
